Another aspect of attending a university in the USA is the culture change. With this you will also be eating slightly different foods to that of your home country. This might take a couple of weeks to adapt too.

If you're lucky you may have access to a dietitian on campus, they can help with settling in and informing you on the correct foods to help fuel your body.

MY NUTRITION

Every individual programme and sport will have tailored nutrition programmes and these programmes will then be tailored to the athletes weight, height and other attributes.
