Women’s wrestling is a sport that’s growing quickly across both the college and high school levels. According to the National Wrestling Coaches Association, the number of girls wrestling in high school has grown from 804 to 14,587 since 1994. With the exposure of the sport ever growing both on the island of Ireland and in the US, Atlantic Scholarships is looking to help with guiding top prospects along their chosen path. Coaches are more open to different wrestling styles across multiple sports than ever. Meaning, you don't necessarily have to be the top in your class when it comes to wrestling in order to catch a coaches eye.
